- Board staffing. Chris D asks if board members are ready to commit to another year of service to Naples Youth. If not, we can open up the board seat to another person.

- Likely to be paired with annual 5k race
- The two events would happen on the same day. A participant chooses either 5K or 10K.
- Timing is $500-600
- Possible virtual event, but likely in person.
- Ali thinks people are craving events.
- Matt and Janice think it could happen in person if in June, outside, in-person.
- Historically the village has issuers the race. Depending on the design of the course, it may be the village or town that issues it.
- Porta-potties needed if there is no access to a building’s restroom
- Chris asked about how the race is branded. Two brands, Naples Youth and Naples Valley 5k, may be too much for the public. We could either take a back seat or the race could use our brand.

- Check into website sign up, possibly combine with Claire’s website for sign up
- Coordinate with Clair on 5k race
- Check on use of school restrooms-Clair checks with the school
- Check on insurance with village or town, depending on how far the race extends geographically
