This is a list of important decisions made by the board. You can find details of each in other meeting notes posts, or in the case of email votes, in your email archive.
Decisions affecting current and future things:
- Melissa Simmons and Shelli Altopp-Miller will be co-chairs of the 2021 Naples Grape Fest fundraiser for NYC
- We will have a 5k and 10k race May 22 and 23
- Melissa Simmons and Shelli Altopp-Miller are elected to the board.
- $450 is allocated for benches and a chin up bar for the property.
- Raised beds made of 6-8 painted tires will be put along the west boundary.
- The west boundary will have trees and shrubs planted (later replace with the above plan due to funding.)
- $500 is allocated for benches and picnic tables. All board members are encouraged to source these items.
- A youth board member is sought.
Archive/Decisions that lead to things that have already occurred or are no longer relevant
- David Williams will be the point person when working with Brian Schenk on matters relating to property surface.
- Parking is no longer allowed on the property.
- A fence will be installed around the property.
- Chris D to approach BOE for support in west border improvement.
- A youth graphic artist is sought.
- We will install a “little library.”
- Bylaws are approved.
