Meeting minutes 5/22/19
Members present: Chris A, Ali D, Matt R, Dave W, Janice L-Green
This meeting the following was discussed:
- Chris D – proposal for the change in parking space use: members discussed proposal and delayed vote to occur following the survey at the next meeting (6/25/19). Survey to be performed 5.30.19. Matt R to accompany Jeremy Years for survey.
- Discussed Sign location – looking at back side of property – will need to wait until tree removal.
- Introduction: request ideas, recognize benches. Looking at design of Press Release. Request Chris D to look at developing an idea for press release.
- Discussed concrete slab – will need permit to modify the property. Bench design discussed – increased budget to ~$500 for 2-3 benches with urban design and easier to assemble. Matt to look at design and come up with a price for design.
All support of the above – Janice initiated motion and Dave seconded motion. All in support of discussion.
