– Chris Abraham presents on:
– Tree work – Chris A made motion to proceed with tree quote not to exceed $800, Janice second motion. Ryan Rector will be able to take down a majority of the trees requiring removal.
– Information sign, info, budget, vote: Reviewed sign with Janice L-G. Chris A to create mock-up of tentative sign for property development meeting or will send via email to board members for review.
– What can we discuss with the school regarding the Northern and Western boards? Chris A to discuss NW border with Matt Frahm to ensure he is aware of tree removal and general clean up of property. Will check to ensure property management will not interfere with future and remaining capital campaign plans. Also will inquire on potential assistance with stump removal.
– Chris DeTurk presents on:
– Insurance increase, vote: Chris A made motion to pursue increased coverage to 1 million, Ali D second motion to accept.
– Communication guidelines: Chris A made motion, Matt R/Janice L-G second motion to accept Communication Guidelines as written until By-Laws formally written. At that time, discussed inclusion of guidelines into By-Laws.
– 2 phase plan: Chris A made motion to move forward with Phase 1, Chris D second. Look at budget to establish a potential cap on spending for Phase 1. Should establish community awareness and be budget conscious while fulfilling the mission. A timeframe will also be established for Phase 1 to be completed to avoid delays. Further discussion to be held at Property Development Meeting.
