The following people assumed a 7 member board, with 3 alternate members.

Concerns:
#1.
CPA Janet Cowley, informed Chris Abraham that the Naples Youth Corporations Tax Exempt Status (501)c 3 had been REVOKED 5/15/2013.

CPA Janet Cowley, attached an IRS link that explains a process in which to reinstate exempt status.
Vikki Martin will pursue this process with the assistance of Connie LaPrairie and Ali D’Aurizio.
Discussion on this course of action to happen asap with Officers and updates posted to board members through out process.

Insurance on the property listed at 9 Academy Street. Chris Abraham will determine Insurance Coverage on the property asap.
Reporting all findings to board members asap.
#3.
Chris Abraham will discuss the use/maintenance of the property with NCS officials. Reporting findings to all members asap.
– Possible use by Jr. Robotics Team during 2018 Grape Festival will be dependent on insurance coverage.
OTHER COMMENTS:
Thank you again for seeing the potential this non-profit and it’s land asset has for our area youth.
It is my hope that within the next 6 months we will have reinstatement and a proper contract with the school, as well as a formal presence in the Naples community.
You’re all great folks, and I’m thankful to be working with you!
